I started out in the warehouse as a storeman, picking and packing orders, emptying shipping containers and organising the warehouse space. after a year or so I moved inside to a sales position, processing orders and dealing with customer relations via email and phone. As the company continued to grow so did my role, and I am now the Office Manager of the Australian branch. My duties still include customer service, but have expanded to include management of the in house computer and phone systems, logistics, a small amount of maintenance of our website as well as limited photography and editing.
